Support is available from from 8:30AM EST to 8PM PST. We also extend hours during floral holidays and strive to respond to all issues as soon as possible. Our current response time is 15 minutes on average.


All customer support calls are recorded for continuous training and improvements of our services to you. We do not use scripts as we handle each customer call on its own unique merits for a personalised experience.
